- Cheesy NachosCrisp tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, served with salsa and sour cream and chive dips.
- Beef Stew & DumplingSlow cooked diced beef, with chunky swede and carrots in beef gravy with a herb dumpling. Served with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
- BBQ Ribs and ChickenPork ribs in BBQ sauce and half a plain chicken breast, served with chips and a side salad.
- Ale and Hearty PieTender chunks of British beef slow-cooked in a rich Marston's Predigree Ale gravy encased in shortcrust pastry. Served with chips, garden peas and gravy.

About Us
The Newton Grange is a picturesque pub in Brasside, two miles from Durham City. The pub has a fantastic two for one menu alongside 40 specials served daily till late. We welcome everyone to enjoy our hospitality and friendly atmosphere, with our large heated patio area and beer garden which overlooks some beautiful sites, including Finchale Abbey and over the valleys to Sunderland - letting you sit back and relax with full table service for food and drinks, inside and out. We are not far from County Durham Cricket Club on the riverside. Join us for our music quiz on a Thursday starting at 9pm! We are taking bookings now for Father's Day. Our new wine menu is coming up so look out on this webpage for details of that and our August charity weekend; details to follow! The Newton Grange also does a pub quiz on a Wednesday evening, all levels of experience welcome!
